Google to announce new Pixel on May 7th

Recently, Google Store hinted the announcement of the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL phones. The announcement was hinted following a new teaser rolled over the internet which says: “Something big is coming to the Pixel universe,” and can be seen on the Google Store, and it is clearly indicating that the device will be announced at the company’s I/O 2019 keynote on May 7th, according to reports.

A recent report confirms that the details and specifications of both Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL phones were already leaked in the market a few months back, and people were already aware that Google would launch both the smartphones at a lower price point than its flagship Pixel 3 and 3 XL.

Sources say that the camera performance of the 3a line-up will be pretty much similar to the flagship models as it has become signature strength of Google. Besides the camera, everything else in the phones will not be premium as its flagships and will be somewhat downgraded including processor, screen resolution and build quality.

On the other hand, the tagline “help is on the way” on the Google Store page’s talks about Avengers: Endgame tie-in. The game has been announced today, and it will be exclusively available on Pixel phones soon. To know more about the details, users can sign in to their Microsoft accounts and can receive the latest information from the Google Store.

There have been reports that Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL phones will hit the T-Mobile in addition to Verizon. The smartphones coming to T-Mobile would break the US carrier as earlier models of Pixel phone were only available with Verizon.
